For those who desire to lift spirits, boost morale, build teams and make healthier life choices! Laughter programs & clubs provide light-to-moderate exercise for mental and physical flexibility, mood regulation, stress reduction and an attitude boost. In other words, a real therapeutic ally.
A typical group is 5-25 people, but can be larger. It may be open to the public or reserved for a specific group.
